THE PA GAME COMMISSION GOT IT WRONG! #JUSTICEFORBABY
MAJOR UPDATE: The PA Game Commission claims that they seized Baby the deer because he was a wild deer, and you cannot keep deer born in the wild as pets. WELL… We now have the proof that Baby was NOT born in the wild and is legally owned by Tammy AND Candi!
nearly two years ago, a fawn took over the hearts of a Pennsylvania community. Now, his story has ignited American’s to join forces to seek JUSTICE FOR BABY.
Baby wasn’t just any deer—he was a cherished pet and a symbol of joy for an entire Pennsylvania community. Everyone adored him, from small children to the mail carrier, who eagerly awaited his affectionate greetings on her daily rounds.
Baby spent his days peering through his owner’s windows, lounging on their porch, splashing playfully in water, and basking in the love of the neighbors who spoiled him with healthy treats and gentle pats for nearly two years.
On Feb 25th, a gut-wrenching tragedy tore through the community as the Pennsylvania Game Commission unlawfully and brutally seized baby, arresting Tammy in the process for illegal possession of wildlife. The charge was later dismissed.
Candi, one of Baby’s legal owners, shares that the community remains shattered. “These last few weeks have taken a toll on everybody… We all miss seeing him.”
New developments suggest a devastating reality: according to professionals, it’s unlikely that Baby the Deer is still alive. He will not be coming home—taken by the very system meant to protect. Now, in a growing nationwide call for justice, Baby’s legal owners are demanding answers and accountability from the PA Game Commission and the entities responsible. We will continue to share updates as this fight for truth and justice moves forward.
